Where does Power4Desk ship?
We ship across South Africa with reliable courier partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location but usually take 2–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately Power4Desk does not ship internationally as the products are made specifically to South African standards.
How do I create an account?
You can easily register for a free Power4Desk account by visiting our registration Page.
Are Power4Desk modules compatible with all devices?
All out products are plug and play - It’s as easy as plugin in an extension cord
- On Desk – Clamping the Power strip to the desk and plug it into the wall outlet
- In Desk – Use cut out template to cut the correct hole. Inset the Power strip to the hole. Fasten the Zip clip and plug it into the wall outlet
How do I install a Power4Desk unit?
Most of our modules are plug-and-play:
- Simply place the unit on or through your desk surface
- Connect to a standard wall socket
- Start charging immediately
For built-in modules, professional installation may be required, especially in corporate environments.

Do Power4Desk products support fast charging?
Yes. All our USB Chargers include fast charging protocols (such as Power Delivery and Qualcomm Quick Charge). This means you can charge your devices up to 70% faster compared to standard charging. Our Wireless Charging pads are Qi compatible.
Can Power4Desk be used in conference rooms?
Absolutely. Our multi-port hubs and cable management solutions are perfect for boardrooms and collaborative spaces where multiple users need quick access to power.
What’s the difference between USB-A and USB-C?
- USB-A: The traditional rectangular connector found on most older devices. Our Power4 Desk USB A outlets are uniquely bi-directional so no getting them plugged in the wrong way around Same as USB -C
Do Power4Desk wireless chargers work with iPhones?
Yes. Our Qi-certified wireless chargers are compatible with iPhones (iPhone 8 and above), as well as most modern Android phones.

How do I care for and maintain my Power4Desk unit?
- Avoid overloading with too many high-powered devices
- Keep cables neatly organised to prevent strain
- Clean with a dry cloth (avoid liquids near electrical outlets)
How does cable management work?
Our braided cable wraps and zip bags help keep cords organised and clutter-free. These accessories make it easy to manage multiple cables while maintaining a clean desk.
We also have Sticky Velcro tabs cable tabs for neatly tidying up those extra lengths of cables and sticking them down

My product is defective/damaged. What now?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at info@power4desk.com with your order details. We’ll help you process an exchange or refund.
What is the warranty policy?
All Power4Desk products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties may be available upon request.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange or refund if products are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Refunds are issued in the same manner of payment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
