All deliveries require a street address, therefore we are unable to ship items to a PO Box. Please ensure that you provide an address where you, or someone you trust, will be available to sign for receipt during business hours.

We now offer the option for you to collect your goods from us, instead of having them shipped.

Delivery times:

We ship across South Africa with reliable courier partners. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days for major cities and 2–4 business days for regional or outlying areas.

We will send you an email when the order has shipped, and will include a tracking number so that you can trace the order.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Risk free:

We always take responsibility up to the point of delivery, i.e. if your parcel goes missing or the contents are damaged, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you.
